  • Empty all trash bins

  • Dust all reachable surfaces (shelves, dressers, side tables, baseboards)

  • Dust picture frames, mirrors, and wall art

  • Wipe light switches and door handles

  • Tidy up visible clutter (organize pillows, straighten up blankets, etc.)

  • Premium vacuum all carpeted floors

  • Steam mop hardwood/tile/laminate floors

  • Light dusting of ceiling fan blades (reachable without ladder)

  • Clean glass surfaces (coffee tables, glass TV stands, etc.)

🍽️ Kitchen

  • Empty trash and replace liner

  • Surface dusting and wipe down of:

    • Countertops

    • Cabinet exteriors

    • Appliance exteriors (microwave, fridge, oven, dishwasher)

  • Clean kitchen sink and faucet

  • Clean and polish stovetop (if electric or glass top)

  • Steam mop kitchen floor

  • Wipe down light switches and knobs

  • Spot clean backsplash (light soil only)

  • Replace folded towels neatly (if provided)

  • Light wipe of tub/shower exterior (full scrubbing not included in basic)

🏠 Whole Home Cleaning – 2 Floors (Living Areas, Bedrooms, Dining Rooms, Hallways)

  • Empty trash bins on both floors and replace liners

  • Dust and wipe all reachable surfaces (shelves, baseboards, light fixtures)

  • Clean door handles, knobs, and light switches

  • Clean interior of all windows and glass doors (both floors)

  • Clean glass surfaces (coffee tables, mirrors, etc.)

  • Premium vacuuming on all carpeted and hard floors

  • Hot water extraction carpet cleaning (deep penetration, stain-targeting)

  • Steam mop tile, hardwood, or laminate floors

  • Clean reachable ceiling fans and remove cobwebs

  • Wipe and sanitize baseboards on both floors

🍽️ Kitchen (Includes Appliance Deep Cleaning)

  • Wipe and disinfect countertops, backsplash, and cabinet faces

  • Scrub and polish sink and faucet

  • Clean inside and outside of:

    • Microwave (removable tray cleaned)

    • Oven (interior, racks, door glass – no disassembly)

    • Refrigerator (remove and clean shelves/drawers, wipe all surfaces – no unplugging)

    • Dishwasher (wipe inner door and seal area)

  • Vacuum/mop under kitchen mats

  • Steam mop entire kitchen floor

  • Clean light switches, knobs, and door handles

  • Clean interior kitchen window

🚽 Bathroom(s)

  • Empty trash

  • Wipe and disinfect vanities, sinks, faucets

  • Clean mirrors (streak-free)

  • Scrub and disinfect toilet (including behind and base)

  • Clean cabinet faces and baseboards

  • Scrub tub and shower walls (remove soap scum, minor mildew)

  • Steam mop floors

  • Clean interior windows

  • Wipe exhaust fan cover and switch plates

🛋️ Limited Upholstery Cleaning (2 Pieces)

  • Vacuum surface and crevices of 2 upholstered furniture pieces (sofa, loveseat, recliner, etc.)

  • Apply pre-treatment to stains or heavily soiled areas

  • Perform hot water extraction (steam clean) on both items

  • Deodorize with fabric-safe scent 

  • Dry time estimated at 3–5 hours depending on material
